I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with all the basic amenities working perfectly. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. The location is convenient, close to shops and transportation, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Breakfast was good with a decent variety of options. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

I arrived at night and went to do my laundry. The receptionist sold me detergent but failed to inform me that the dryer was not working. I only found out after washing my clothes. As a result, I had to carry wet clothes to a nearby laundromat. I did not receive a refund for the detergent or for the dryer, even though it was unusable, simply because I paid by card. The experience was extremely inconvenient and disappointing.
