It was so impossible to sleep with the freeway traffic all night. Even with the conveniently provided ear plugs. They didn’t work. So frustrating and not worth the money if you are actually looking for sleep.

Very good breakfast, close to world trade center, good price. Poor maintenance...the WC was blocked and they didn't have a plumber available, so what they did was to leave a plunger by the door so we would do it ourselves.They did offer to give us another room but we had already organized our clothes and didn't want to have to pack/unpack everything again. The rooms are very basic.

Terrible hotel, should cost the third part of what I paid, I think they made it out of cardboard, you can hear all the noise from the cars, it wasn't clean, it feels disgusting everywhere and you don't want to touch anything, I'm disgusted, terrible night. They charge you for parking because no one stays at this hotel.

BEWARE - CONSTANT ROAD NOISE!

Never again. Seriously, the noise was insane. I should've clocked those two packs of earplugs on the nightstand right away – red flag! The road noise from I-35E is constant, like, 24/7. But at night? Forget about it. It was so loud! I tried the earplugs they gave me – nope. Then I tried a white noise app with the earplugs – still didn't work. I even pulled a pillow over my head! Finally, I had to dig out my noise-canceling headphones and use a white noise app just to get some sleep. And it wasn't just me! I heard other people in the elevator and lobby saying the exact same thing. Breakfast? Don't even get me started. The toasters weren't working. The eggs and sausage? My stomach wasn't happy. And these weird pancakes from a machine? Inedible. The only decent thing was the coffee, which was actually really good. But yeah, that road noise was a dealbreaker. I will not be staying here again. Nope.

Great experience. Clean, quiet, super friendly and accommodating staff. I liked the modern feel of the room. There was a nice rack for hanging clothes but nowhere to put my other clothes.
