I was immediately concerned when we pulled into the pothole filled parking lot and there weren’t even 4 vehicles in the parking lot. A clear sign this is not a great place to stay. It was quickly very clear, whomever runs the property had no desire to spend money on upkeep. There were poorly puttied holes in our door, stained towels and bedding, it looked the the doorknobs had been painted rather than just purchased in silver, the elevator floor was peeling Up. The best one though, was the Shower that was missing half of the glass door, but instead of replacing it they awkwardly added a shower curtain to cover the other half of the opening. I can only assume the associate are also paid poorly because they were basically lifeless zombies that couldn’t be bothered by pesky guests. You can stop posting and bragging about that 8.2 rating you got 6 years ago, It’s obvious to anyone with eyes that’s no longer true.

Staff were friendly and the beds were comfortable. However, electrical outlets were hanging loose by the wires, baseboards were broken, there were flys and spiders, towels had holes and the room smelled musty. Would not recommend this place to others.

The property was convenient to the area that I was visiting and the room and facility was clean and nice. The outside area (parking lot and landscaping) was in need of repair but it did not distract from the overall use of the facility.

Old unkempt property that has some kind of septic issue. The bathtub had enamel missing in huge chunks. There was dirt on the floor. The bathroom floor looks like it's brown when it's supposed to be gray. The water pressure is non existent. The side door is broken so anyone can come into the hotel unseen, major security issue. The microwave didn't work, the small fridge is more like a freezer even after adjusting the temperature. Sheets were actually ripped. No room service while you're there.

It’s a go-to place for me

I’d say that the experience was fairly pleasant and straightforward. I did a lot of the sign-in before I got to the hotel, so everything went pretty smoothly at check-in. The room was clean.
