The steps to the beach were not accessible due to the hurricane. There has been ample time for this to be repaired and was very inconvenient for my family as I live local. Would not stay there again. The staff was very pleasant.

Room 706 had no running toilet. Moved to room 703 and had water leak in bathroom. Moved to room 407 and it was good. We pulled our backs opening up the sliding glass door for the oceanfront view. We were pretty bad. I workout everyday but the door killed us both. Breakfast was ok but a lot of things were out…like OJ juice. Bathrooms were out of order. I love Hampton Inn but never this one again.

We did not like that the hot tub was closed, showers for the pool/ beach were closed, the beach access was closed, breakfast was at best , okay. We enjoyed the room, very clean and also enjoyed the pool. The beach access isn't a far walk but still not as convenient as a hotel that's supposed to have beach access.

Terrible smell. Horrid. I know it's ocean front, but I've stayed at plenty that never smelt as such. It looks the property is under remodel but I honestly wasn't even sure as nothing was being actively worked on. All I can remember is the smell, the wetness of the rooms. The balcony was run down and it just needs a lot of love. The location was nice.

Room was clean, the staff is amazing and very accommodating, breakfast was good. Only con is that we had no access to the beach from hotel, but that is of no fault of there own (permits and turtle seaon).There is a beach access at the hotel right next door.

The hotel is okay but didn't recover from the damages caused by the last hurricane yet. The access to the beach is closed. Jacuzzi too. Lots of infiltration and sewer issues. They had breakfast issues missing juices, plates and taking ano ngntime to refill several items with just one person to take care of everything. The hotel policy of allowing people to smoke at the pool area and hotel premises should be reviewed.

I did not like that I was specifically looking for direct beach access since we are traveling with toddlers and did not want to lug heavy beach items and kids but I was not informed until after I booked, that their beach access was closed. It was closed due to very large holes from erosion. The main floor was flooding with water from their pipes and the roof needs repair. A lot of things need repair. Their elevator certification was expired and the sliding door to the balcony was horrible to open and close. Hot tub was out of order as well. If I had other options I would have left early. The staff was doing the best they could and was very friendly.

When we arrived there was a huge hole in the ceiling of the reception and a water leak. We also had to wait 30 minutes because the room wasn't ready. Overall, I found the property to be in poor condition, neglected, and with few staff. I chose this hotel because it's a well-known hotel chain. The bathrooms in the rooms were clogged. I don't recommend it. The pool area was neglected and there were two large sinkholes in the parking lot. The exit to the beach was closed because the stairs haven't been fixed. This hotel shouldn't be open to the public. It's very unsafe because of the holes and leaks.

This hotel is in serious need of attention. The carpet in our room turned our feet black it as so dirty. It appeared someone had vomited as the smell in that room was of vomit and mold. The shower curtain was tattered and torn. There was takeout food left in the frig. Clearly these rooms are not being adequately cleaned.The slider leading to the deck is broken. It worked if you only open it about a foot. The ice machine is out of order on our floor. There was not a single umbrella in the pool deck to get out of the scorching heat. No beach access-ou have to walked down the street to get to the beach! I expected better from a Hilton property. Shame on you!

Good size room, clean, old fashioned, water pressure not sufficient and toilet didn’t flush well. Use a lot of disposable items at the breakfast and not healthy food. Direct access to the beach was not available and need to walk out of the hotel and access by the public access 5min walking distance.

DO NOT BOOK! I DON’T know who dropped the ball but it states no where that there is no beach access BEFORE booking. That’s the whole point of getting the hotel, we have a pool at home! They said we have to drive 8 mins up the road to Publix walk across busy freeway to access beach. HUGE INCONVENIENCE and scam! Room carpet is FILTHY and smells like piss, black mold on curtains REFUND ME

The rates were doubled due to a concert in the area. During check in, there were 4 employees behind the counter checking in one person, moving as slow as turtles, the rest of them just staring off into space not even acknowledging us, this process took way longer than it should have. Then, I am told we have to pay an additional $15 to park at the hotel that we paid for. This should be illegal, who gets a hotel and doesn't use the parking, increase the price of the room if you need to, but this should not be a hidden fee that you are told about after booking. The hot tub was closed, again, not told until after booking. There was caution tape around the dining area for their free breakfast, which was minimal options compared to most places. When we got back from concert, we had to park across the street in the overflow parking and go across a very busy street late at night-AND THAT COSTED ME $15. I would never stay here again.

The staff was very friendly, especially Kelley who served a very good breakfast every day. The room itself was clean and the property very quiet. Parking was very cramped and parking fees were not disclosed at the time of rental. There was a water leak in the room that led to the floor being soaked and beginning to smell. My last day there I took a cold shower because "our gas got shut off. Don't know why."
