Couldn’t sleep over noisy AC units. Towel hook and toilet paper holder coming out of the wall. Coffee maker didn’t work. No sheets for fold out couch. TV picture poor. Hotel staff very pleasant and professional.

Family get a way

The room was nice but a few issues. We found dirty rags in one bathroom behind door and cigerette butts in a non-smoking room. We were unable to use pull out couch because of damage. King bed was hard as a rock. And pillows too soft, had to fold them in half to use. On good side, I used the app to request extra towels and apparently no one cleared or confirmed, so multiple set came through out the day, but bad was at 1030pm after everyone was asleep. Food was good, different to have chicken tacos, but was good. The next day was beef and man was that spicy. But it was all good food.

When we stayed, their planned renovation was partially done, with excellent new room finishes, old furniture (new package not yet installed), non-working phone and clock, and uncomfortable bed pillows. The landscaping needs - and may get - some attention. Breakfast and staff were great. When finished, it will either be a wonderful bargain OR a missed opportunity... Here's hoping!

The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent great choices. They are going to be remodeling. Room furniture was dated. Dead bolt on door didn’t work bathroom outlet didn’t work, refrigerator was dirty inside, and the sink in kitchette was leaking underneath. I brought it to their attention and they corrected what they could. The location is good and the staff was very apologetic. It was fine overall
