We have also included an air purifier within this unit to assure the highest air quality possible. Private washer and dryer are included with this unit. There are beach toys, boogie boards, and beach chairs in the laundry room to make a day at the beach enjoyable. You will also find a cooler in the laundry area. The balcony offers breathtaking views up and down the Atlantic coast. A table with 4 chairs provide comfortable seating while enjoying the sounds of the waves crashing ashore. A gym and community room are also located oceanfront on the first floor of the building. There is one reserved underground garage parking spot (406) for you to use during your stay . The underground parking clearance is 6’2”. Additional free parking is also available on site as available.
