The staff was good and friendly no complaints. The main problem was the window was not sealed properly or there was a crack, so anytime the wind blew there was an extremely loud whistle and/or howl. It was louder than the air conditioning which is saying something. It was impossible to sleep through. This went on all night off and on 3 out of the 4 nights. The sink was clogged as well. A really bad experience overall.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Best Western Premier Crow Chase Inn & Suites. This is one of my favorite hotels to stay at. The suite was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks and the ambiance that this hotel provides its guests. All staff, especially Deja, were friendly and so helpful. See you again in the near future!

Staff was very rude and was not able to answer questions or provide consistent information in regard to early check-in for our large group in town for a wedding. For $300 a night, the room was pitiful. The bathroom sink appeared to have a fresh caulking job that didn’t stick so the sink moved all over the counter. In addition to this, the faucet was clearly broken with a piece of metal wrapped in FOIL as the solution. Do not waste your time or money here.
