My stay was horrible- First of all they did not give me the room that I reserved on line. They said when I reserved the room that it was probably false advertisement due to using hotels.com. I have used hotels.com and have never heard of such a thing. I had a room that was small with two beds instead of the room with the living room and king bed- I was embarrassed and very disappointed.

We really liked the area (Broomfield) and the hotel was located near restaurants and easily walkable. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bed was absolutely the best we have had in a while at a hotel! The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The cleaning staff were great and helped our room stay clean and stocked. My only negative was we had to pay for breakfast. Some people had vouchers but not sure where, why or how they had them.

Property was amazing. I did get an email that my room was sold, but when I got there they had a room for me. So I am a little confused by that. The staff was so wonderful and allowed me to have a little later check out. Would highly recommend.
