I had booked my room online. I NEED A COPY OF MY RECEIT, PLEASE) We had trouble finding, but the staff was extremely helpful, patient, and kind, also the person helping me find my booking. Also, the gentleman who helped me, went so far out of his way to make sure my needs were handled. Thank you, to him. I had to be to the hospital by 7 a.m. and he took an extra step in helping me. I wish i could remember his name, but i sure hope Doubltree by Hilton will honor this staff member.( i checked in around 6 p.m.on the 13th of October. He deserves to be recognized and a vacation-- paid weekend. He was an amazing staff member, and Doubletree by Hilton should be proud of having a staff member that can go so far out of the path in helping a stranger in need; and be a mentor to the other staff memebers. And re.ember that team work make your dream work. I ask that this staff member be recognized. He is an amazing employee --you should be proud to have him on your staff. Thank you again.
