This place is amazing! We loved everything except the front desk help. They seemed too busy to deal with us and very rude both at check out and check in. We had two rooms and everything was wonderful. The wait staff was great and valet staff was top notch! Please train the front desk te to be a little kinder and more welcoming.

Average for a premium price

The Gaylord is a nice hotel. Booked for a birthday getaway for my son. Unfortunately, the bedding had stains and was unclean. The waterpark was a nice feature, but unfortunately, due to the weather and rain, we could only use the inside area, which was crowded. --however, my son still enjoyed the slides. There was food leftovers and bandages by the pool on the ground and no cleaning throughout the whole afternoon we were there. The food was priced higher and service was sloooow even when we went during a non-busy time. The food was average. Would not plan on returning and spending >$400 per night for the cleanliness of the place. There is just a better way of doing those things and not having to pay a premium for it. Check-in is at 4 and check-out at 12! so not even close to 24 hrs for your booking but we were ready to leave after spending the night at the hotel.

Overpriced

Meh...dirty room with leftover food rappers next to bunkbeds. Mattress was painfully hard. Shower was broken with curtain 3 inches too short, soaked entire bathroom. This hotel is so overpriced its disgusting!
