We were called by Ashley at Hampton inn at 7:55 pm the day we were checking in (we were 90 minutes away) and cancelled our reservation because they had overbooked. They had already charged our credit card. She said she that "even though we were out of the refund window, she would refund our credit card". We had to find another hotel last minute and it was much more expensive than the room I'd booked

This property was really dirty. The room smelled and everything looked like it was very worn and needed an upgrade. I was traveling as a woman alone and it did not feel safe either. I ultimately left and attempted to get my money back but Expedia and the hotel did not help me. It was terrible and I strongly suggest you do not book here.

Everything was great except we arrived 45 minutes early and would have liked to check in because we had an Anniversary party to be at at 3:00. We were told check in is at 3:00 sorry. So we had to get dressed in the public restroom in lobby. after the party at 10:00pm check in was easy.

Anytime I approached the front desk asking for items or towels, Aaliyah was willing to help and even carried items for me. Her customer service was top-notch. Also, the next morning, Kimberly answered all of my questions with an authentic, kind response. Kimberly was knowledgeable and personable. The breakfast and housekeeping staff were friendly and very accommodating. I will be staying here next time I'm in Denver.

Multiple issues with multiple families trying to get a room. Most of which asked for rooms with 2 beds, then we get there to check in and they don’t have any, despite reservations being made months ago. Some of our party had to go find a whole different hotel last second. Then had issues getting refund granted. There was very few chairs in the breakfast areas, many many tables with no chairs at all. I was going to stay there again in a few weeks and quickly cancelled. The person at checkout was incredibly unfriendly and rude! Stay at your own risk and don’t count on having the room you reserved if you do.

The bathroom in the room was VERY small. We were told we were getting an upgrade because our room wasn't ready, but I certainly couldn't tell what that upgrade was. The outlets were very loose and I'm not sure they all worked. No streaming options on the TV.
