Didn't check out the breakfast. Staff all seemed very nice and capable. HOWEVER, I was surprised at check-in with the pronouncement (that I was required to sign) that they CHARGE $10 PER DAY FOR PARKING. This is unacceptable in an industry that has people coming to stay from distance locations, and will of course need to park! This is nothing short of deceptive pricing--dropping the advertised price by $10, only to try to grab it through a surprise parking fee. I will be checking more carefully to see if other hotels try this same BS. Everyone needs to call them out. Hotels.com, you need to let them know this not acceptable to your business, either.

Tv did not work and staff would not come up to address the situation had to sit in the room in silence all night long the 11 pm lady on shift is very lazy and rude very unprofessional Her attitude and customer service suck!!! I checked in right as they where doing shift change and the lady who checked me in was extremely polite and friendly so much for the next shift…..
