This property has been well renovated, though some of the facilities showed their age. One example of this was that the pool, one of the differentiating factors versus it's competitors, was out of commission during my visit. The hotel had a nice restaurant, but didn't offer room service or any other enticements to utilize their dining options, so I ended up eating elsewhere during my stay. Fortunately the hotel is well located with lots of local dining and shopping options within walking distance.

Comfortable bed and clean room in a good location. However, the decor and condition of the hotel is not great. It seems as though it has not been renovated or updated in many years. Aircon unit in our room was incredibly loud (rattling) which meant it couldn't be used over night.

The staff, from the valet to the reception staff, and restaurant and bar employees went beyond all expectation. So friendly and knowledgeable! Every staff member we interacted with, reinforced how wonderful they all are. The hotel itself is very nice! Convenient location, great amenities, awesome food. While all that is important in a hotel, again it's the staff that makes this hotel outstanding!!

Good location to walk to the shopping/ dining outdoor mall. kitchen and bar closed early, and 1 hour earlier than we were told by staff so very limited food options for late arrival which was a hassle! Rooms small. Pool not actually on roof but was ok.
