All the service folks were so friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable, price was excellent and location central, easy to get to different parts of downtown, safe. We had friends who stayed in hotels a block away, they paid more, got about the same thing we did. The hotel infrastructure is showing wear. At least one elevator was out of service during our 3-day stay so you stand and wait, and there are a few worn through spots in the carpet, but. My first Sonesta stay and I'd 100% do another.

If its your only option

The site has a glitch. I made sure my check in date was correct. Sonesta popped up as a spot for 145; average for the area; When I arrived we found that my reservation was for the next day. What is interesting ... I paid 262 for the room for the night! I checked the site for the rate for the mistaken day and it was at $91 that is a big difference from the 145 rate my original reservation was for. So double check you check in dates. For that price I would have rather stayed at a 5 star hotel and enjoyed the real amenities. I was under the impression that they had a free breakfast and parking. They didnt have a kitchen, it was under construction. The parking is across the street but if you want to utilize come and go Valet service it is an additional 55.00. The rooftop pool only looks good in pictures, its tiny, no bar. Not a Cali rooftop but they tried. And they leave you with a note that someone may come in during your stay to install a new tv. And for that Rate and the hotel lacking. This place is a NO from Me.

poor service

the room was good for the first days. Maintenance came in the room on the second to last day and made a mess replacing tvs. The maintenance man tried to come in on the morning of our last day and was insistent on gaining entry during my wife's shower. i had to physically step in front of him to stop him gaining entry. after that point the room wasn't Maintained or cleaned. We called twice and went to front desk and were assured that the room would be serviced and cleaned but we couldn't get them to come. we were very disappointed hat we couldn't get any service or get them to even clean up their mess from replacing the tvs.

We stayed here for my birthday weekend and overall, the experience was just average. The hotel itself was clean and standard, but nothing that stood out. Unfortunately, the room we had originally booked was not available upon arrival, which was disappointing. The bar also closed at 10:00 PM, which felt unusually early for a hotel. What left the biggest negative impression, however, was the service. The host/greeter we encountered was rude and unwelcoming, lacking any tact or hospitality. For a hotel, this really set the tone for our stay in the wrong direction. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible stay, but nothing about it would make me want to return.

It met all my breeds for business, close to convention center. Staff was always very helpful and friendly, from the front desk to all the service people and Cleaners. Stayed over the weekend and enjoyed Denver with My Husband. The hotel had everything we needed for business and vacation. The bed was comfortable, hotel had everything we needed and a good location.
