With newly-renovated tile flooring throughout, along with the inviting, coastal décor, you will fall in love with SunDestin 1515. Upon entering, you will find the beautifully-decorated, fully-equipped kitchen immediately on your right, boasting new granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. All kitchen appliances and utensils are provided, ideal for creating your own meals while on vacation. The kitchen leads to the dining area and living room, providing a spacious and open layout. The dining table seats up to four guests comfortably.
Step into the inviting living room, boasting matching furnishings and décor as well as a large mounted flat-screen television and DVD player combination – perfect for enjoying a family movie night after a long day at the beach. Step out onto the spacious private balcony, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing while enjoying the breathtaking coastline views of the sunset. Adjacent to the living room is the welcoming main bedroom suite, featuring a comfortable king bed along with a mounted flatscreen TV and DVD player combination. The private balcony is also conveniently accessible from the main bedroom. The bathroom boasts a single vanity with stunning granite countertops, along with a tub/shower combination.
The beach is just a short walk away. Don't forget to stop at The Back Porch once you arrive! Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch!) just under two miles from the condo. Gator Beach, just under two miles from the condo, hosts free shows and exhibitions featuring one of Florida's famous animals, including a rare albino alligator. Enjoy shopping for designer goods at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, just under eight miles from this condo.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Ongoing construction and amenity closures are to be expected. Construction is predicted to be completed Spring 2026.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
