Place is a little shady…. As a local I am used to homeless in Destin. Staff was nice after door didn’t open. Toilet ran all night and as past hotel staff I told them to replace flapper!! So for eco friendly no. Wasting water and running it to sewer plant over a $5 part??? Bathtub is rusty? Old Woman with five keycards trying every room keycard Sunday morning. I tried to help her but none worked. Weird. I needed a cheap room for the night. Better than dui as I was attending fundraiser across the street. They desperately need to update because you just cannot clean old!!! but I did sleep well and warm as toast. So about 50/50. Cheap @ $67 and great location….

My stay was very pleasant and relaxing. The staff always greeted me with a smile! I’d stay here again and recommend to others. The price is very affordable with comfortable and spacious rooms!

It is convenient to get to the Harbor, restaurants and shops . The area great but we have had terrible experiences here at Motel 6 in Destin. We will never return here when we leave.

The room was filthy!! In 61 years, it’s the worst I’ve ever stayed in! Bare floors were dirty, sink clogged, GROSS, I only used the toilet. Nothing had been cleaned off, counters dirty, trash cans in room filthy. I had to stay there for a couple nights due to hurricane evacuation. Sheets clean, bedcovers gross. Added unneeded stress to my already stressful situation. Buildings are in disrepair. REMODEL OR TEAR THIS DOWN! Parking lot isn’t great either. Wasn’t worth 100 a night. What happened to hurricane discount?
