Our stay was good, but there were some things wrong with the room. There were handprint stains on the wall behind the beds that look like they could've easily been wiped clean. There was a small indentation in the bathroom door that looked like someone hit it with something small. The bathroom is a little too small. The door is literal centimeters from the toilet. I feel like they could've extended the bathroom by a foot to make it comfortably spacious. There was barely any body wash in the bottle in the shower. Not enough for my family of four to use. The bottom drawer of the dresser didn’t close all the way and the drawer to the bedside table would close, but pop back open a little. The desk chair had one of the arm rest pads unzipped and dangling and when I sat to eat my breakfast, I almost fell out of the chair because it was missing maybe 2 screws underneath the seat, causing it to wobble to one side. The pool area was clean and had nice, calm music playing. Breakfast was good, but we wish they had a little more to offer, such as a waffle maker, cereal, and oatmeal. Did not like how the fruit cups were out and uncovered. I always disinfect all handles, remotes, light switches, etc. when entering a hotel room. The wipes were pretty clean so the housekeeper did a good job with that. It took a very long time for the water in the sink to get hot. Front desk staff were kind and efficient. Aside from the maintenence issues, we would stay here again.
