The young lady who was the receptionist the 3 days of my 4 day stay. Extremely professional in customer service with guest & myself answering questions and sharing information. The engineer, 'jack of all trades' in keeping the building up & running. While also explaining winter weather do's & don't advice in making my visit safe along with enjoyable.

The bathroom was a lot smaller than what the online hotel pictures showed. The shower and toilet area was separate from the sink area. When shutting the door to the shower/toilet area it felt very tight and small which was a little unpleasant. The shower water pressure was very minimal and the water felt luke warm. The water never got warmer even with running the shower for a while. The beds were comfortable, service for breakfast was exceptional, check in service was very friendly and helpful, the hotel room was clean except for some strands of hair in the shower and in the fridge.

The room was spotless heat worked great being from FL in MI winter-time. Front desk retrieved the requested iron that wasn't in the room originally & was returned to the front desk upon check out. ALL the staff I came into contact with including the night security handled their business in a professional manner.
