Stay here if you have no other option.

The hotel is very old, the rooms are not the cleanest. The bed is hard, the mini fridges do not keep food cold. Microwave is not in room, it is in the hallway for everyone to use. The food at the bar/lounge tastes burnt and not good quality. My mother’s room was not ready at 3, it wasn’t ready till 8pm and the room smelled so bad. I packed my things and went home.

Rooms were nice and spacious, clean, and equipped with utensils. That was convenient and I didn't need to go back out. Night time was a bit loud on my floor, parking got crazy due to an event in the banquet room causing my husband to park illegally. He was able to go back out after midnight to move up closer. Front desk clerks were so nice during check in and check out.

This property was disappointing. When we checked in we were given a room key to an already occupied room! Imagine our surprise when we tried to enter! The security man on duty simply shrugged and said “it happens”. We were given a new room and key, but the bathroom vent was dirty and leaked water. There was a large influx of people the Saturday we stayed and our floor smelled like pot for two days! There was no ice in any of the ice machines on the odd numbered floors and when I went to the front desk about, nothing changed. The hotel was trashy on the outside, with full cans, broken tiles, and Christmas decor still out. The location of this hotel is choice, but it was a very disappointing experience, being that it is a Raddison.
