No one was available to check us in on arrival and we had to wait. No one was there again in the morning to check out and purchase snacks for the day from the little store. The staff when they arrived were abrupt and rude, couldn’t answer basic questions about the provided airport shuttle. Would definitely not stay here and would pick one of the many other airport hotels as an alternative if I’m traveling through Detroit airport again.

Nice enough but…

Needed a hotel with a shuttle and decided to give it a try. Bed was comfortable but rips in the sheets and stains on the carpet made me think I will look elsewhere next time I am stuck at DTW overnight

Airport Convenience Without the Noise

I had an excellent stay here. The customer service was outstanding—staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location is very convenient, being close to the airport with a 24/7 shuttle service. Despite its proximity, the hotel was quiet, allowing for a great night’s sleep. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, offering good value for the price. The only area for improvement would be some minor maintenance needed in the bathroom, but overall, my experience was very positive. I would definitely stay here again.

Terrible Hotel...Be advised!

This room was DISGUSTING. We checked in late and too tired to switch. Had 2 rooms and ny second room was occupied and Not clean. Had to run downstairs to get it changed. Went out to grab a bite and came back and we discovered the terrible room. Broken toilette seat, clogged bath tub drain, bed sheet was dirty, found a moth in the room. There was one gentleman working the hotel and had a long line to take care of. He could not take care of us. Radisson management, if you are reading..I want my money back. When I checked out, I stood in front of the front desk waiting to speak to and complain and no one was there for at least 5 min..I was frustrated and left. Terrible experience. Terrible service.

The airport shuttle is supposed to run every 30 minutes. I waited 45 minutes. I called the hotel 4 times before someone would answer. Check in took forever because they assume everyone is with an airline. In the room, the TV didn’t work and maintenance never made it to the room to fix the problem.
