The sink and shower were clogged up. Room was untidy esp the carpets (I could see shreds). Lighting in the room was dim. Alot of noise in the corridor. Will not recommend this.

This hotel needs updating. The phone didn’t work, the caulking look like it had mold on it in the bathroom that needs to be replaced. Nothing worse than seeing mold and dirt around the bathroom. They do not disturb sign was missing, there was no menu or info on the hotel for the restaurant downstairs. When we arrive, we wanted water so we ordered two waters a Gatorade and a bag of chips and that was $22! So come on lower the prices on water please and of course there was no coffee creamer where the coffee was. People talking loud in the hallway. Janky for the price. I would not stay here again.

The lady at check-in was not friendly, and a bit rude. The chair in the room was stained, looked like the bathroom floor had not been mopped in a while. Window shade was old and cracked. Bed sheets and beds were ok.

The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was disappointing. Although clean, there was peeling and chipped paint on the ceilings and walls. Sink area and mirrors were nice. I liked how there were multiple mirrors in the bathroom. The front desk staff was efficient and kind. Would have liked if they provided more info such as breakfast and shuttle operation.

TERRIBLE! NO hot water. The first room they sent me to didn’t have any water to the shower at all. Changed my room That room seemed clean with the exception of some shorts hanging on the top of the bathroom door. Got charged a much larger deposit than advertised. Could not find anyone to assist me with check out and a lady was sitting in the lobby who never got her wake up call and was just hoping her shuttle would show up. I’ll never stay there or recommend it again.

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have been in. It felt like I was laying on springs only. There was only one washcloth in the bathroom. The front desk person was not friendly when we checked out. Also there was no coffee in the room and when my husband went down to get some he was told they didn’t have any and he could use the coffee from the lobby. I expected much more from a Radisson hotel. I don’t think I would use your hotel again. Also there was only one plug in the room and it was not with any USB ports. Luckily we brought some plugs with us but if we didn’t have any our phones would have died and we probably would have missed our flight. I am very disappointed in this hotel.
