Came down for a concert and when we got in our room we immediately noticed that the floors were dirty. The bathroom tile was absolutely disgusting. Shower and tub dirty. When we came back from the show, we noticed the bed linens were not changed and there was hair and eyelashes on the bed. The floor was soaked next to the bed. There was some questionable stuff in the drawer. I could keep going on. Staff just said they were sorry about it. They offered absolutely nothing. I would not recommend!

My husband and I stayed there for our 37th Anniversary. We had Redwings tickets. We really liked that there was a shuttle to and from Little Ceasars Arena, so we didn't have to drive there and find a parking space. We loved our room and the nice view.

The mattress in the room was filthy and had lots of hair and smudges on it. Will not be staying again. It’s nice to have the casino right there, but you just feel so dirty walking into the hotel room.

I traveled about 12hours and arrived at the property about 2am. My check in was at 4pm that day and i couldn't get an early check in. I even offered to pay for the extra hours. It would be completely understandable if it were the holidays or even a weekend but it was neither. The establishment was not booked to capacity or anything and the staff didn't even try to help in my opinion.
