Stayed there 3 days no room service. Wanted towels had to call asks and pick them up myself. Huge fight in lobby security took forever to respond. Fire in hotel parking lot could not access for hour. Staff was horrible. Weed smoking in room 2 nights we were there.

The staff were great and so helpful. The Christmas decorations were beautiful, The rooms and casino were nice and clean. The shuttle to and from the game was excellent. Will definitely be back.

The bed was definitely comfy, I would just like to say to pay so much money people shouldn't know by way of the linen they had bed bugs. The stains on the sheets and covers made me triple check for them. But overall no bugs, room was clean, staff didn't tell me about my 15 dollar credit I had to ask how to use it etc.

We have stayed at other times for Detroit Redwings games. The parking is easy. The hotel is clean but could definitely use renovations. Carpet in the hallways is extremely worn and dated. The rooms have limited outlets. I was unable to plug my phone and watch in on my nightstand. Also other than in the bathroom there was no-where to really plug in hair accessories so it limited getting ready to one at a time. Bed was very comfortable and the view was relaxing to sit in the chairs and watch the lights over the city and river to Canada.
