We have stayed at various places in the area over the years. This was our first time at Beacon Pointe and overall we were very pleased with our stay there. We booked the penthouse room because it was a good value, only moderately higher rate than regular rooms. The one problem that we encountered is that you had to climb stairs to get to the room. This was an issue because both my wife and I have some mobility issues that made this difficult. This was not in the description of this room and may have changed our decision to book it. The room was wonderful and the bed was very comfortable. It was mostly clean, (found half empty cocktails on the bench in the jacuzzi room, & the room coffee pot was full of old coffee). We were also surprised that there was a "grab & go" breakfast area in the lobby. There was no mention of this on the website we used to book our stay. The underground parking was a bonus with the elevator there to move in & out of our room. We are definitely planning to return and stay there again but we will probably be looking to book a more accessible room.....

My wife and I loved staying at Beacon Pointe for our weekend trip up the North Shore! The staff were super kind, friendly, and helpful! Our room was beautiful, had wonderful amenities in it, and was super clean! Our view of the lake was amazing, and we even got to see a few boats come through the Lift Bridge!
