Tiedot: tämä on kaunis ja tilava 2000 neliön jalka huoneisto, jossa on 3 makuuhuonetta, jotka voivat mukavasti nukkua 8. Makuuhuoneessa on 1 king size-vuode, toisessa makuuhuoneessa on 1 queen-vuode sekä ylellinen queen size-vuodesohva. Kolmas makuuhuone voi olla yksityinen sviitti, joka voidaan lukita pois haluttaessa. Se on oma sisäänkäynti ja kylpyamme, jossa on queen-size-vuode. Saatavilla on myös hiustenkuivaaja jokaisessa kylpyhuoneessa.

Viihteeseen loman aikana voit katsella televisiota 42 "lcd-olohuoneessa Blu-ray-soittimella. Valitse peli valikoimasta perheen lautapelejä tarjotaan condo. Kirjojen lukemiseen on myös pieni kirjasto. Jos sinun täytyy työskennellä, huoneisto sisältää myös nopean WiFi-yhteyden.

Laitteessa on myös täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu sekä jääkaappi jääpalakoneella ja astianpesukoneella. Ruokapöydässä 8 paikkaa aamiaisbaarissa 3 paikkaa. Lepotuoleja on suurella parvekkeella, josta on upeat näkymät, ihanteellisella paikalla golfkentällä. Parvekkeelle on myös kalustettu BBQ.

Keittiö on täysin kalustettu kaikella mitä tarvitset, kuten astiat, hopeaesineet, ruokailuvälineet, kattilat, pannut, sekoittimet, tehosekoitin, crockpot ja kahvinkeitin.

Jos hiihto on esityslistassasi, lomakeskus tarjoaa kuljetuspalvelun Purgatorioon. Kesällä Silverton Railroad pysähtyy vain hetken päässä päiväretkelle historialliselle kaivoskaupunkille. Ulkoilijoille, aktiviteetit ovat todella loputon.

Tamarron Resort tarjoaa täydellisen oleskelun, kuntosalin, jossa on sydänlaitteita, ilmaisia painoja, avustettuja painoja ja sisä- ja ulkouima-allas, jossa on kaksi sisäuima-allasta. Miesten ja naisten pukuhuoneissa on päivittäinen säilytyslokero, höyrysauna, sauna ja suihkut.

Tamarron Trails unit 529

We enjoyed our stay. It’s about halfway between town and Purgatory ski resort which we liked. Unit was clean and well stocked. Plenty of towels, washer/dryer. They provided laundry soap. The view from the back patio was beautiful! The only negative i can think of was we had to go buy our own batteries for Tv controls and flash lights. I know that’s picky but when you have 2 kids they like tv. We couldn’t get DVD to work but everything else was great!

Roomy getaway

Everything you need for an outdoorsy-vacation in Colorado. Plenty of space for the family. Not many restaurants nearby so if you are there for a week or more, plan to use the kitchen or drive into town about 25 mins. Lots of things to do within short drive. Good communication from property managers.

Great location!

This property is great for a family. Master bedroom is very nice and gives parents a place to escape. There is plenty of room for the kids to spread out in the other sleeping accommodations. Kitchen is well equipped. The patio is a great place to sit back and relax after a long day of adventures.

Great place for family fun!

Location was perfect, everyone was comfortable with their sleeping arrangements, condo was super clean, and they offered several kitchen supplies for us to cook our own meals. Laurie and Jen are awesome, and very easy to get ahold of if you need anything!! Would recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area and we would definitely stay here again!

This beautiful condo became such a sanctuary to us during our vacation to Durango. It was just as much a star of our trip as were the activities we enjoyed (rafting, trip to Mesa Verde, zip lining, hiking the Castle Rock via Elbert Creek Trail, walking/shopping/eating in Durango, and golfing). We would definitely love to stay here again!

Wonderful Family Home

We loved this property and how comfortable it was for our family of 5 plus the in laws! They were able to stay downstairs while we were upstairs and close to the kids! The pull out couch with the queen in the loft was perfect for our kids and we loved the privacy of the king bedroom! Our kids has the best time playing in the snow right outside on the golf course while we could sit by the fire and watch them play! We love the location between the mountain and town and it was perfect for our family to ski, tube, ice skate and play! We rented skis from performance sports right up past purgatory and it was so easy to return/pick up without the lines on the mountain for skis or trying to drive back to town to return our gear! The restaurant at the lodge was yummy and the whole family loved the pizza! We swam almost every night and my husband used the amazing gym! I highly recommend this unit or anything in Tamarron for winter or summer visits!

Tamarron Getaway

Overall the condo is great. Kitchen is well stock Bathrooms clean and well stocked Location is wonderful Setting and views are great. Management company is great to work with. There are a few things to be aware of with this condo. None of these would for sure keep me from renting but a few items are irritants in some circumstance and really should be considered if you rate privacy and space high on your rental needs. The upstair lock off master bedroom which is by far the largest bedroom and most private, shares a bathroom with the third bedroom upstairs (the loft). Its a jack and jill style. Which into itself isn't too terrible except ONLY one of the doors has a lock on it. So if you enter from the loft bedroom (3rd bedroom) you can lock out the master bedroom. If you enter from the master side you can NOT lock out the loft area and in turn we had 2 uncomfortable occurrences which then required us to make a sign for the door when in use. This design flaw really should be address. Ultimately this left the downstairs bedroom to be the only room with a private bath (as the 3rd bathroom is off the kitchen). The downstairs bedroom is off the living room and you can hear everything in the living room and kitchen. Since this is the only TV or game area if you are one for privacy or quiet, this layout would not fit your needs. The WiFi is super slow. It went out us us the final day so we cycled it off but not sure if it helped as we were heading out. Only one TV and its in the living room. So if you like staying up late watching tv in bed this won't work. Also keep in mind if someone is using lower bedroom you will be keeping them up until your done watching tv. We did not watch much tv but our kids did want to play video games till late and since we took the downstairs bedroom for the private bath purpose we could hear them playing till 2am. Balcony is amazing but you can hear the cars and trucks all day. This is not a deal breaker but it is louder than the bird and wind so it stands out a bit. There really just needs to be a few minor tweaks to layout, upgrade the WiFi, and add a TV in master bedroom and this place could be a rock star... As is the place would be great if your group has small children as a primary occupant, just not the best for groups of adults where privacy is a higher priority. It was a great experience for our family and I'm sure it will be for yours as well.
