I have stayed at this hotel before as its location is good on the sea front. I paid a fee to upgrade from a single to a double and the room was very spacious. I was disappointed that I didn’t have a sea view especially as the hotel had a lot of availability on the day. The breakfast was good with lots of choice.

I have stayed here many times over the last 2 years. The hotel is always very good for being located to the seafront, theatres, town centre and plenty of eateries too. The breakfast buffet is excellent as is the cafe/bar. The staff are all very efficient and polite. Rooms always clean with good view and furnished to a good standard.

OK, but poor customer service.

When we checked in, we thought we had breakfast included, as the couple we were traveling with did. We had both booked at the same time and paid the same price. However, reception was unwilling to even provide it at a discount. They blamed it on Hotels.com for not sending the booking property. Poor customer service. The facility was fine, but wouldn't stay here again.

We have just enjoyed a lovely 5 night stay in a room with a side sea view balcony looking down to the pier. The hotel facilities were very good and the staff exceptional and so attentive to customers needs. We definitely intend to stay again in the future as it was perfect for our stay and a brilliant location.
