The staff is excellent - Rae, at the front desk could not have been more helpful and kind. My family and I were thrilled with the welcome we received, by Rae and Mike; and we were very pleased with the assistance they provided. And all staff were friendly, courteous, and professional! We had a lovely stay, a few things would have made it a bit more special. Despite staying in a superior room we weren’t give towelling robes in order to use the pool facilities so please be aware you need to take something with you, slightly disappointing when paying over £500 a night. Please also be aware that no one really monitors the pool area, people were in there with mobile phones and alcohol and we used it towards the end of the day and it could have been cleaner. We also felt sorry for the staff who were on breakfast service on the Saturday as they struggled to keep up with replenishing food and clearing tables, they seemed a bit understaffed.
