I couldn’t even check in and stay because I only booked this hotel because I was lead to believe it was only 6.02 miles from the pet hospital in i Edinburgh which was completely misleading. It was a half an hour drive away, so too far away and we had to book another closer hotel as had to be on hand for our sick dog in the vet centr. Disappointed and a complete waste of our money

The staff was amazing. I stayed for my birthday and absolutely adored everything here. The breakfast was one of my favorites and the hotel is just walkable distance from every little shops you need ! Will definitely be staying here again!

The room was spacious and I loved the cooking facilities (modern and well equipped). Staff were very helpful and friendly. Sadly, I did notice that some of the other guests weren’t polite to them. I recommend bringing your manners to Edinburgh and you will receive a great Scottish welcome. I was visiting Edinburgh University and this location is exactly what I wanted - right in the heart of the University. It was close to the tourist sites with the benefits of not being surrounded by tourists. Bed and pillows were very comfy, too. Shower was hot. Breakfast was more than I expected but I don’t eat much for breakfast. Shops, restaurants and transport is all close by. I would stay here again.
A lovely park is nearby.

The room was fairly clean and staff were very polite and accommodating. The only reason I will not give 5 stars is that the temperature was not controllable in the room, and the bathroom had a very odd window in it that let a draft in. As well as that, the bathroom sink was located in the main living area which was a bit inconvenient with 2 guests in the space and not very private/practical.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and everything worked great. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful and never disappointed! The location was great, as we could easily walk to each end of the city in a matter of minutes and see all that we wanted to see. You will not be disappointed by staying here!
