We really enjoyed our stay at the Sandman Hotel! This was our second time staying here, and we love the area—it’s so convenient to all the nearby stores and restaurants. The staff was very accommodating and even gave us the same room we had during our first stay, as well as honoring our request for the highest possible floor. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

This hotel has seen better days. All of the window coverings were broken, the faucet to the sink was a converted shower faucet so it blew water so hard that it splashed all over me, and there was a strong smell of deodorizer. The room was dated and the bed was in poor shape. I don't think I will be back. In terms of a positive, the person at the front desk was lovely with a very positive attitude.

The existence of a Denny's is nice, but the steakhouse restaurant is predictably pretentious & overpriced. The trek to our room was absurd, edge of the pool, winding back & forth - an arduous journey. Finally, the neighbourhood: utterly god-awful! Barren, surrounded by 8-lane roads, noisy, stinky. Its only selling point is that it's just a short drive to the W.E. Mall.

Pool and hot tub very dirty especially the hot tub. Provided no water in room for such a well known hotel that should be standard at least so we can use the coffee machine but even the coffee machine had coffee grind in it from previous use so not cleaned. I placed my hang tag for my room to be cleaned and came back the same nothing cleaned, our garage was overflowing, did not know where to put our garbage after. We were out of towels. We had to keep calling front desk for that. Photos on website do not match what u see and the service not as great.
