Hot tub was broken, bed mattress had big indents so uncomfortable to sleep on, dirty and noisy hotel- we had guests under the influence of drugs and alcohol partying and screaming all night beside our room (shared balcony) until 430am. Called security multiple times throughout night, but guests were not kicked out? We had no sleep and lost half a day of shopping at WEM because of this. Vomit on the ground outside hotel entrance. Second night we experienced guests in and out of their rooms slamming doors on our floor until 4am. Not recommended. We will not be staying here again.

Hotel was clean and amenities were nice. Only downside was our room was on the first floor which connected to the pool so we had to listen to kids yelling until it closed at 10pm. Also there was no elevator to our floor so we had to carry luggage down the flight of stairs.

This hotel is in rough condition. It has the illusion of being nice but the rooms have been pretty beat up. There are dings in the walls, the bathroom is surface clean but there is rust and bad grout everywhere. Will not stay here again

The tower is nice. There are rooms with kitchen and living room. Also the washer and dryer inside the room is amazing. Would choose this again.

It’s nice having access to the pool right outside the sliding room door. However, the amount of noise coming from the pool was deafening. We could hear people walking across the floor above us, and none of the vending machines would work.
