Pool was closed for maintenance. The property is pretty much all under maintenance. It’s not a bad property. It will be great once the roughly needed work is done. Including the truck-sized hole in the entrance awning.

No wireless or cable, wanted me to pay cash for the full stay, no interest in trying to issue a refund. The room was depressing and there were no towels. I booked for 6 nights but checked out the next morning. I'm still trying to get a refund

The only thing I liked was the receptionist attitude and willing to help. But the rooms were so dirty and old! Bed bugs, terrible mattress I even found a condom package (opened) under the night table

Staff was nice. Carpets were stained and smelly. No cable or wifi. No remote batteries. Homeless people sleeping on the outside of the building harassing people for money. Can't control room temp. It was 100 degrees out.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I booked this room for my son and his wife to have a spot to rest after driving for 13 hours, the key to the 1st room they were given didn’t work so they were given a different room, that room was occupied, so they gave them a 3rd room and that room was full of bugs, an excessive amount of bugs, so they left and slept in their car. The hotel told them that they would need to call Travelocity for a refund. I called and was told the property wasn’t answering so they would need to look into it further.

There was a lot of garbage under the bed, people doesn't move it to clean. One lamp wasn't working at all. As well as the TV Just 2 big towels but plenty of smallers. (Was party of three). Stains in carpet. Fortunately fridge was working preety good. Check in & check out was easy on the web.

We have the worst experience ever, my husband and I came tired and late on Saturday but our key didn’t work, so we went down to see the girl front desk, she wasn’t there for more than an hour, 3 ladies were there waiting for their reservation to be ready but nobody help us. An hour later the cleaning guy came and saw us and, the 3 ladies and 2 other guys waiting to be attended. The hotel is super dirty and all they said is that they worked too many house cause they have no help. The day before a guy came across us on the elevator and told us that some rooms do t even have door handles, we felt so insecure on Friday but we said let’s give it a chance, no chance at all cause that did the waiting for them the next day., Saturday. I didn’t want to do the review but we felt bad for the front desk girl that she said she hasn’t sleep at all. Owners please pay attention to your business, that carpet is the one smelling so bad.

Tv didn’t work. No staff available for 45mins even after I informed them that I would be checking out early in the morning. It didn’t help that I was half asleep and locked myself out of room. Window room didn’t secure. Next room could easily get in my room. UNSAFE. Freezer had a bag frozen solid in it. Hotel is in major need of upgrades. I was alone so I stuck it out and slept maybe 4 hrs. I ended up sleeping in my sleeping bag.I do not recommend this place for stay…

Building is literally falling apart. Front desk teller seems bothered when checking in, the. Hits us with btw tv and refrigerator doesn’t work. Get on the elevator it smelled strong chlorine stench. Hall way was very dirty and all windows were open. Our room: bathroom was disgusting. Tub had a ring around it, the drain was black. Toilet was loose. When we turned the water on BLACK water came out. Towels were not white. They had black dirty spots. Bed: had a dead bug on the comforter. The pillows looks like they were for a baby, tiny! Ac did not work so the room smelled and it was very hot. Pool was green! A literal pond. This place needs to be shutdown
