The Chef’s Kitchen features granite slab counters, stainless appliances, and all the cooking appliances you’ll need to make fabulous in home meals. There’s seating for 4 at the long kitchen bar, and the large dining table seats 8 comfortably.

Just off the great room is a fabulous entertainment patio that features a gas fire pit, dining table, gas grill, lounge chairs, and a private Hot Tub! The home backs up to one of Suncadia’s green belts and you’ll often see Deer, Elk, and Wild Turkeys!

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* Main floor master bedroom has a king bed, a TV, direct access to the outdoor patio and a private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower and large tub.
* The 2nd bedroom on the main floor is a bunk room which features a twin/full bunk bed with a twin trundle and a twin daybed with a twin trundle. This room sleeps 6.
* The 1st upper floor bedroom is a queen junior suite with an en-suite private bath that has a large walk-in shower.
* The 2nd upper floor bedroom has a queen bed and a TV.
* At the top of the stairs you’ll find a comfortable TV lounge equipped with and XBox and a sofa sleeper that pulls out into a queen bed.

**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia swim center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a $100 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 5 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking.
