We would have given you a 5 star, had it not been because of your unsafe toilet. There was a missing bolt and it was completely unsafe to sit on as it was tipping over towards the left. Otherwise, the reception was good, the location was convenient, easy access to everything.

We had a great stay at the SureStay Hotel by Ellensburg. It had a nice indoor pool, the room was clean, bathroom large, wifi great. The breakfast was your typical continental breakfast but it was free and the staff were nice. I would definitely stay again.

Hotel is a little dated but the employees were very accommodating. Breakfast was good & the attendant very attentive.
