"River Daze" on kaunis tiilitalo, josta on nÀkymÀt Coosawattee-joelle.

TÀssÀ talossa on 3 makuuhuonetta ja 2-1 / 2 kylpyammeet, joiden RIVER VIEWS on keittiö, ruokasali ja olohuone.

Hughin seulotut kannella on yli nÀköinen Coosawattee-joelle "paljon istumia" - Rockers, kuisti-swing, penkit, pöytÀ ja tuolit.

On tÀysin varusteltu keittiö, jossa astianpesukone, kahvinkeitin, tehosekoitin ja muut laitteet.

Puinen ruokapöytÀ istuu 8 vierasta.

A piece of river front heaven

My family rented this home last year and we had a ball. We like the privacy of the dead end road with plenty of room for the family and SUV’s. We tubed, fished, mini golfed, enjoyed the jacuzzi and explored the area to see all the woodland creatures. My family and I love seeing all of the deer and how (almost) tame they are. Again, this was our second time staying in the home and we absolutely loved it. We can’t say enough good things about the home and the area

Relaxation at its best!

There were a few minor maintenance issues but overall, the property was great! Easy access to the river and loved the screened in porch! Dog friendly which was great and our pups loved it too! Just a heads up, there is a new house being built right next door. Thankfully they weren’t working on it while we were there but it would have been a major let down if they were and it wasn’t quiet since that’s the whole reason for going to the mountains

Beautiful cabin but 21 steps to enter. Had a blast. The hot tub was ready when we got there. The river and views were amazing. Was celebrating my birthday with my family and we all loved the place!!!

Fantastic!!

Such a great house! The property has everything to offer and much, much more! Housekeeping did a wonderful job making the home very inviting, the amenities are far more than expected. The river access and views make this property an "all in one". We would definitely stay here again and again!

Family has a great time, cabin didn’t look like it was cleaned but we can in the same afternoon as the prior guest left. Maybe the cleaning crew gave it a quick clean. Wasn’t crazy dirty just a few minor issues. Great location, beautiful river side, overall a great vacation.

Family Getaway

This was the perfect location to have a long weekend with our adult children. We brought our own floats and tubed on the river. We found a park drop off about 5 minutes away (by the bridge) and had the best time. We enjoyed all of the amenities with the hot tub and fire pit. I would stay there again.

Beautiful Surroundings!

A Wonderful retreat! The surrounding property offers so many activities on-site. From cooling down in the river, to swinging and enjoying sunset, the firepit, the deer, the geese, hot tub time, etc.! There is plenty to stay occupied directly on property. The house itself is a perfect mountain escape!

Fantastic location

Fabulous stay thanks bunches for a great weekend. We had great fun our pnly thing that sofas were more comfortable than the beds. This is not a cheap home to rent so i would expect better mattresses. King bedroom upstairs feals like plywood. Double beds in upstairs bedroom very noisy. This is just our suggestion of course everyone has their own preferences.

Great location and amenities

The house is located right on the river as described. The hot tub is awesome for some late night chats. The extra powder room next to the laundry room is great for access. Plenty of space to turn around trailers if you're hauling kayaks up. This portion of the river has good, deep, and slow paced water, perfect for anchoring a tube or yak in.

Cabin was beautiful and pet friendly. However cabin needs a deep cleaning. Cabin was over all clean, but is was dusty which gave us all horrible allergies.

Do not arrive after dark! Dangerous road with cliffs and no guard rails!

It was a beautiful cabin overall but must warn others of the dangers and shortfalls. The drive to the cabin is very dangerous I us at nite and with fog. Was not given info to enter resort till the next day so we had to stay in a hotel the first nite. The drive inside the resort is beautiful the cabin was clean but several short comings where present we had several members of our party get locked in upstairs bathroom due to improper door latch system. Most of doors up stairs where GERRY RIGGED TO WORK. We will dispute the first day we where charged for. The place was beautiful but expect to do use your 4 wheel drive to get there windy Cliffside roads with no guard rails. I'm giving them a 3 star due to no proper communication on how to get in and having to pay for a hotel.

The pictures need updated since they were taken when the porch was brand new and makes it appear the place is newer. Lots of cobwebs and mouse traps everywhere. The sink needed to be re-caulked before we got there and didn’t get done, and the hot tub never turned off. The beds were pretty uncomfortable and stiff. I think the scariest part of it all that we were not aware of was the horrible steep gravel road that had major crevices and pot holes all over it, and my mini van kept bottoming out. It rained the entire time and I had no idea you would need a 4 wheel drive to get up and down the driveway. Our tires were skidding everywhere and we almost went off the side several times. So basically once you’re there you don’t leave. The 3.5 miles out to the gate literally takes 20-25 minutes bc of the steep hills. However, the grounds on property were great and very private. Felt like you were camping with how far deep in the woods we were. We had activities planned everyday in the surrounding area so we did not end up using it at all. Coming from Florida, the pools and putt-putt were very disappointing plus we were limiting the times going up and down that driveway. We were amazed with the ton of deer everywhere all times of the day.

Beautiful Place

The managers are excellent and ver communicative. Our main issue was the road to the cabin. You MUST follow their written instructions. Small cars will bottom out getting down there. I wish we were told that. We had to leave two of our cars at our other families cabins while there making it a bit difficult to get around. They did come out and attempt to smooth the main road but the road that leads to the cabin is still bad. This is the only reason for the 4 star rating. Everything else was 5 star.
