Our room had not been cleaned properly. One of the beds had not had the sheets cleaned. The bottom sheet was at the bottom of the bed like someone had just pulled the comforter up without changing the sheets. No hand soap in the room, we had to use the shower gel and no coffee with the coffee maker.
