Parking lot was plowed of snow; however, no sand or salt was added on sidewalks or parking lot leaving everywhere a slip hazard for both days that I was there. Room had coffee maker but no glass pot or coffee packs. Bar of soap in room with no soap dish. Shower seal at bottom was damaged to allow water to run into bathroom floor. Shower hair conditioner bottle was empty. Fairly busy hotel but only one of two elevator car was working. Phone in bedroom wasn't working. Went to front desk and they said they'd have maintenance look at it in a couple of days. Front desk at checkout never asked how the stay was. I have been to a few Baymont by Wyndham before but would not recommend this Baymont location (Erie, PA). After a formal complaint to Corporate, the Erie location replied with thanks for the comments, and they hope my next visit is better.

I drove up here in a snowstorm. Upon arrival. I was greeted and checked in by professional and smiling faces (i feel bad I forget their names) Both the front desk attendants made sure that I had everything I needed for the evening. The hotel itself was quiet, room was clean. Driving anywhere was not happening. My only complaint was that their little market was not stocked and had just a few small packs of crackers and water. Thankfully Sheetz was across the parking. Aside from that part everything was great all the way up to the breakfast! Different options for everyone.
