The room was clean. The 2 bedroom suite was very nice and worked well with traveling with our special needs son. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Pool was ok, although the room was so warm that it made the pool water feel very cold and my son wouldn't get in it. The hot tub was on the hot side, more so than normal. After about 10 min had to get out. Breakfast buffet was very good. Lots of selection. Only downfall was that the elevator was out our entire trip of 3 days, and was told it had been out for some time. It made it more difficult as my son has some difficulty walking. There were 17 stairs to get to the 2nd floor where we were. It was inconvient, but we managed. I feel that we should have been contacted ahead of time to be notified it was not working.

The hotel was very noisy and the room was so cold. The pool and hot tub were constantly pack with kids. Then when it wasn't there was a nasty foamy dirt film in the hot tub. The room was clean and quiet for the most part but freezing. And the corridors all smelled strongly of pot.

The room was amazing for the price! It was like a little apartment with a full kitchen, fireplace, and bedroom. The complimentary breakfast was also outstanding. By far the best one I've had.

Room was clean and the hot tub/pool was just what we were hoping for. While the hotel is older and shows some wear, it was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was included and had a good selection to pick from.

The hotel is ATTACHED to Splash Lagoon. There are plenty of family friendly eating options. Our room card did not work when we first arrived, nor did it work the next day and our room did not lock. The hot tub was not hot - barely warm.

We are fairly easy going travellers, but this hotel was disgusting. The elevators were STILL out of service (appears since June at least), the room itself was disgusting. The bowls and dishes were dirty, mold was growing under the sink, the bathtub was dirty, the pool fans were covered in dust and black mold, and the staff do NOTHING about the guests who disobey rules. Don’t stay here. $200 wasted, we left early in the morning.

Room was pretty rough, chairs in poor condition beds not that comfortable. Crack in the shower floor. Toilet would run every once and a while. Scrapes on walls. Toilet paper was not stocked, plenty of towels. One of our pillowcases was stained. Dead bolt lock was damaged. Room was quiet and it s extremely close to the water park we went to which was convenient! Staff was friendly but, they seemed overwhelmed.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. There is lots to do around the facility. The room was great for our family of 6. It was like we were stating in a small apartment with the separate rooms ans the full size kitchen.
