It said "Pet Friendly" on Expedia. But when I called the day of they informed me that did NOT include cats. They wanted to charge me $$250 extra for the cat and would not refund me. Expedia claims it is the hotel's fault and the hotel claims it is Expedia's fault. And neither one would refund me so I am am left to foot the bill for their lack of communication. Not cool!

We had a great stay at this property. The room with the bunk beds was perfect. We used the indoor pool too. The breakfast was pretty good also. Tiny things that could be improved; the pool could use a good scrub; the tile on the water line is dirty but the pool and hot tub itself were nice and clean. Breakfast was great the first morning but there were only a few of us down there. The second morning, it was packed and things took a while to be replenished, full trash cans to be emptied, small things like that. Even with those small things, I still give this hotel and stay 5 stars and I would already told my husband we should remember this one to stay again when we go to splash lagoon.

The first room was extremely noisy, the door was 10 inches from the elevator door. So every time the door open the wall shook with noise and vibrations. And you heard the elevator noise going up and down. Those rooms need to be a discounted rate or people who can sleep through a freight train passing. They did find us another room but it was smaller bed and not as nice, no fireplace and carpet was dirty. Room had a slight cigarette smoke smell when AC was running. Breakfast was mediocre. Small options. Small space for the families (majority of guests) to navigate the food and limited seating. The waffles were a hit but line was really long and area was messy.

Perfect place to stay for my daughter’s birthday party. We had a two bedroom suite. It was well equipped, more than enough space, and the walk to splash lagoon was nothing. Would definitely stay here again.
