Uygulamaya aldanıp rezervasyonunu yapmış olduğumuz otel asla göründüğü gibi değil uygulamada gösterilen kişi sayısı 4 fakat otelle iletişime geçince 2 kişi gözüküyor ve ekstrasını da alıyor (otel). Elbette fiyat olarak pahalı değil ama en azından uygulamaya da o fiyatı yansıtabilirlerdi. Biraz daha fazla ücret ödetmek için türlü türlü yollara başvuruyorlar. Bu da insanı memnuniyetsiz kılıyor. Kahvaltı bölümü gayet güzel hizmette sınır yok serpme kahvaltı gibi istediğiniz her şeyden alabiliyor yiyebiliyorsunuz. Çay,su gibi içeceklerde mevcut tek sorun uygulama ile zıt oluşları temizlik konusunda da idare eder. Odada küçük bir cam bulunuyor. Ve herhangi bir havalandırma sistemi yok gerek klima gerek vantilatör olmalı bu konuda da sınıfta kaldı Atlas otel üzgünüm. Bir daha tercih edeceğimi düşünmüyorum. Siz de Rezervasyon yaptıracaksanız en başta rezarvasyon yaptırmadan otelle iletişime geçin sonrasında mağdur oluyorsunuz.

I've been traveling to Turkey for more than 10 days, and I made a reservation and stayed overnight because of the good rating of the hotel, but it was the worst hotel ever. A shaky toilet, a stinking shower room, a hotel with nothing right -- mold in the corner, and the shower room was so dirty that I had to crouch to keep it from touching on the wall while I took a shower.

Its not upto the standard even. Need whole property proper cleaning and renovatlon. Lot of Phenolphthalein balls in wash room which caused a very bag pungent smell in entire room. The hotel should be silent and curtains should be able to create darkness in the room. While the windows were double glazed, the insulation was inadequate. The street noise comes into the room. Once the early morning hustle bustle started,(inside and outside the hotel) sleep was out of the question.

Good place for budget traveler

We arrive in Erzurum with only one idea in mind. To spend the night here before going to our next destination. In fact we arrive late and one note - it will be little hard to find the hotel if you are not familiar with area. Is located close to downtown, close to railway station, close to Two minaret madrasa...good location. Room was simple enough...not the luxury kind but all that you need was inside. The hotel itself was in some process of upgrade and i hope the owner will put some big sign after, for better recognition. The food at breakfast was typical, not many choises, but fresh and warm.
