Basic needs were met. The lobby staff were very curt, bordering on rude. No greetings were made, and requests for assistance were met with silence or a snappy attitude. They did the things I requested, so I would rate the experience fine. No one will try to go above and beyond. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. I booked a non-smoking room, so that was disappointing.

The room was not very clean. The bathroom had a poop stain on the seat and then there was a cockroach in the room. Then the sheets were dirty and the towels. We asked to get them replace and the room clean but it was still not good. Then there was no breakfast area as advertised. We bought some cleaning products and that helped with the room. It was okay after that except for the roach part.

Room smelled like sewer and front desk was rude only wanted cash deposit, down graded to a one bed and was not compensated for it. To get upstairs there is no stroller or wheel chair access. Front desk refused to give us a two bed room downstairs for wheelchair and stroller access. I do Not recommend this place if you have kids.
