I was not allowed to check in with my service dog, yet charged for a stay. A clerk at the reception seemed confused, ‘disappeared’ behind the reception desk to speak with an unseen manager only to return to blankly stare at me. I showed her my service dog letter, she read it, and stared at me. So I left. No reply from the hotel when I messaged them. I think the reception staff do not have clear direction. The whole experience was confusing, at best.

Newly renovated top floor. Super clean. Friendly, helpful, courteous. Reasonable price for a one night stop. Stayed on my way back home too. Took a chance on an unknown and very happy I did. Will return for sure.

The property is undergoing renovations and from the parking lot, looks pretty sketchy. One you're inside, it looks, smells and feels like an older hotel but the renovated room was nice. Except that it doesn't have a blowdrier in the bathroom which is usually in every bathroom in a hotel. Otherwise, it was not too bad at all.

The room was recently renovated, it was clean and neat. There was a puddle of water near the window in the morning after it had rained all night. Due to the renovations, there was a worker working until 8 pm on Saturday night and started up again at 7:30 on Sunday morning right outside our door. It was quite loud with lots of banging and clanging. The inner hallways were closed off, so we had to access our room from the outside. Understandable during renovations, but maybe close it down until they’re finished? Or don’t start working until check out time at 11 am. We have stayed here frequently and the renovations are great, it was just unfortunate that this happened this time.
