The staff were friendly, and our room was clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pool area—the hot tubs were nice and hot, and the kids had a blast on the slide. The only real downside was the elevator situation. One elevator was out of service, and the other often got stuck if someone tried to open the door while it was closing to let more people in. It sometimes took a few minutes to reset, so we ended up taking the stairs quite a bit—even though we were on the 4th floor. Breakfast was a standard continental setup with eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, and juice. The hotel’s location was very convenient and just a short distance from the mall. Overall, a mostly positive stay with great amenities, but the elevator issues were definitely an inconvenience.

We were able to check in 1.5 hours early and we got to use the pool while nobody else was there. The water slide was a hit with the kids!! Our room was right next to the elevator but we couldn't hear it at all which was nice! There was a hockey tournament in town but it was still quiet and didn't know the hotel was full because the noise was down. It was a very nice stay!!

Wifi doesn’t work well, TVs apps also didn’t work. AC sounded like it was on its last legs, and very loud kids screaming up and down the hall ways (judging from the signs they have posted warning against this, I assume this is a common issue they face). Lastly, the bed and pillows feel like they’re about 10-15 years old. There’s better places for the money.
