We were a bit early for check in but the lobby clerk was very accommodating and nice. Breakfast was good but cold. The room was nice and clean but smelled like pot. I thought it was non smoking. The pool looked amazing but we didn't get a chance to go.

I was given a hard time when asking to change my room due to the door lock not working. Their breakfast selection is pitiful. Kids were screaming and running up and down the hall at 9:45 PM and they did nothing about it. Don’t stay there since they don’t care about their guests’ needs.

This hotel is awesome for the price. It’s in a great area and it was clean. It could use some upgrades such as bigger TV and exhaust fan in the bathroom. It was nice, I would stay again.

Stayed here 2 nights. In our room, the Toilet Paper roll holder was only half there, so not usable. The bathroom Fan didn't work so the mirrors fogged and stayed fogged. There wasn't a towel rack or anything else near the shower so you had to leave your towel on the floor or walk across the bathroom soaking wet to get your towel. The room keys were only good for 1 opening and had to be re-programed after each opening. Re-programing had to be done at the front desk, and most of the time the front desk person wasn't there and had to be called using the front desk phone. We were a large party with 3 rooms and all of us ended up back at the front desk at the same time one night.Breakfast opened at 6:00 AM. I ate at 6:30 and everything was still cold because they just threw the "hot" food in the warmer without heating it first. All the makings for coffee were in the rooms, but no coffee makers. They ran out of coffee for the front coffee maker with wasn't made for the coffee pods in the rooms. Too many issues that shouldn't be seen in a normally maintained property.

Awesome!!

My wife and I frequently come to Fargo. We always stay in different hotels, but we booked here. We are very content with the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Our hotel room itself was very clean! The areas within the hotel such as the hallways, stairs and lobby were not clean. The hotel was busy and perhaps lacking cleaning staff?

The breakfast was nonexistent on Wednesday ( only day we went down for it) only one yoghurt no sausages no plates set out for pancakes guest had to look in the cabinets to find them no attendant to help for most of the breakfast

We stayed over 1 night may 13,2025.room was quiet and comfortable. Best part of stay was continental breakfast next morning. Young man working was so polite. He apologized that they didnt have much food due to not receiving delivery yet and tried his best to accommodate us with something to eat. Very nice employee.friendly
