Great location, friendly staff. Good selection at breakfast. Nice rooftop setting for dinner, drinks or just relaxing. Was a bit cold to use the pool - seemed ok, small but clean and a good few beds around the edge.

Good location..

A nice hotel in a good location. Room good size but very disappointed with the view of a building site from window! Also not impressed by cleaners who decided to make my room the last to clean EVERY day! Breakfast good but sometimes difficult to get table.

The hotel is in a great location right by the [small boat] marina. Not too far from the train station. Property is well-maintained.

Great service and facilities in central location

Service was very good. Rooftop bar/restaurant was a real selling point which we took advantage of a lot! The hotel could not be more central, it quite literally is hotel faro! Everything was only a few minutes away. Breakfast was good. Only downsides really were the elevators which were very weird and would take you everywhere you didn’t want to go (we ended up just using he stairs because they were so slow and bad) and the rooms were a tad on the stuffy side, the ac seemed to be turned off for winter.

The property is right on the harbour, the roooftop bar and pool are good. Our room was a bit dark with not great views but otherwise everything was good. The spa could do with a water cooler in for people to rehydrate

Superb Stay in Faro

Excellent hotel in a central location in Faro. Staff were superb and very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was also excellent with good variety of food for everyone. Highly recommend.

4 night stay in January 25

Arrived first day to a welcome reception. The first room we were given had a stale smoke smell, we asked to be moved and was told it wasn't possible however 10 minutes later we received a call from reception saying there was now a room. We moved and found the room was very nice clean and modern. The roof top bar is very nice at sunset however we found we could not buy individual items from the set menu. The waiter must have felt bad for this and sorted us some custard tarts as an apology but still we could not buy the items we really wanted, but it was a nice gesture.
