The overall room was great. The bathoom and bedroom were updated. Until about 12am, it is very noisy outside. Check in was fairly simple. The bed was extremely comfortable. The walls are thin. I definitely heard the conversation of a couple in the next room. Overall, its a great place to stay. Close enough to city center but not too close that you feel claustrophobic.

Our host Laura was very welcoming She shared information that made our stay in Florence so much easier The room in a beautiful palazzo was very nice , clean and comfortable. I would recommend highly for anyone visiting for a short stay. This location is close to everything

The only things I would suggest to improve an already excellent place is a microwave oven and and a bigger waste basket for the shared kitchen.

Chambre très propre et très bien decorée. Les indications claires aident chaque resident à bien s'y retrouver dans l'appartement. Le hôte est aussi très disponible si il y a des questions. L'emplacement est génial : une dizaine de minutes du centre pour visiter les grands monuments, et en même temps je trouve que c'est très sympa car il y a plus de restos locaux etc.

Simone was very nice with us, flexible with our checkin time. everything was clean, but there were a lot of mosquitos as this is their time of the year. Would suggest adding a bug screen to the window

The apartment consists of 4 separate rooms, with individual bathrooms, and a small fridge in the kitchen area. The bathroom is very nice and so is the room but I found the mattress (individual bed) to be awful. A bit dented and quite uncomfortable. Andrea was communicative and check in was easy.
