The only strange thing is that I was charged 59 euros upon departure and was told that it was a tax. The hotel person gave me a handwritten receipt. This was not in the original booking

Friendly, attentive staff; very comfortable bed; high standards of cleanliness. There was plenty of choice for breakfast; everything was beautifully fresh and well presented and items were replenished very quickly. There is an outside area to sit as well as a small park opposite. Five minute walk from the T2 tram stop. We were very well looked after here.

Hotel had you leave your key each time you left the property which I found was weird. The neighborhood was near a park and they often played loud live music in the night. Nice breakfast and helpful staff.

We loved this family owned hotel. The lady who owns it lives on the property and we felt like we were in her home! Marco the Desk Clerk was helpful,charming and could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable

This hotel had a lovely room in a perfectly sized and well-maintained hotel. The breakfast buffet was even better than I had expected. Everything was clean and spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is great for exploring Florence on foot. I’ll definitely be back!

It was the last city and the Hotel Caravaggio was a great place to slow down and end our trip. The hotel lobby and garden was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast also had a beautiful indoor/outdoor option, and the food/service was great. We also had an astonishing view, with the Duomo in the distance. A quiet retreat front the tourist area. The room was small and a little hard to maneuver with 3 people, and the Bathroom could use some more shelving to hold 3 people’s toiletries. I took advantage of the bath. Amazing, and highly recommended.

Family room or quads room is just single room added 2 twin not even space to walk. Stuff is friendly and but not responsive to technical issues. AC wasn’t working properly in hot weather and no one cared

Breakfast had great variety, even got me hot milk for my coffee. Shower in our triple room was very small. We were able to use the luggage lock up before leaving. 15 min walk to Duomo
