One of Folly's Best! Oceanfront Nest Down is a new downstairs duplex unit that sits oceanfront and accommodates up to 6 people. In total there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms have king beds, one has a queen and all have Smart TVs for your enjoyment. The kitchen boasts all stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. The open layout and modern stylish furniture can only be beat by the views! Follow the double doors out to your own private deck which leads to your access to the sand. There is plenty of area to lay out and sun or cook out with the family. The entry point to the path to the Morris Island Lighthouse is less than a block away and would take just about 10 minutes on foot. Off street parking is provided and can accommodate up to 2 vehicles for this unit. Oceanfront Nest Down allows up to 3 well-behaved, house-broken, flea-treated dogs with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dogs when you inquire. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. Please book with confidence. This property is licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental - Business License Number: LIC008875.
