I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Several aspects of my experience fell significantly short of expectations. Specifically, I encountered issues with the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom floor was sticky, there was hair in the shower, and I observed what appeared to be buggies on the headboard. Furthermore, the rugs felt unclean underfoot. In addition, I found the staff at the front desk to be unwelcoming and unhelpful. This level of cleanliness and service was unacceptable and significantly impacted the quality of my stay. I would appreciate it if you would address these concerns to prevent similar experiences for other guests. I do not plan to stay at your hotel again and would advise others to carefully consider their choice before booking.

Relaxing home away from home!

It was great! Convenient to our activities and for visiting friends. Breakfast was really good. Loved the Veggie Omelets. Very clean and quiet for good nights sleep! Diffenitly coming back again.

Hotel room was terrible. The bathroom was dirty, the tub had paint, drywall mud and who knows what else stuck in the bottom. The bathroom floor was yucky with gunk in the corners from not mopping well. Carpet floors left out socks black and had hair all over. Bed sheets and towels were not white, they had a yellow tint. The room had a horrible musty smell. Would not recommend.

Stains! Stains everywhere!

Stains were everywhere!! Stains on furniture, stains on walls, floor, hallways, and pretty much everywhere else. Actually Smelled decently clean though. It was an older hotel, they didn’t even have an elevator. Lady at front desk was nice and provided new sheets when asked and apologized for the stains. Hallway had ants everywhere, but again its summer in the Midwest, ants are everywhere. Well not at any other hotels I stayed at, but I get why they had them.
