Great option in Fort Collins

Hotel staff was very friendly and since the property is fairly close to CSU and downtown it made it really convenient for graduation. Coffee was excellent and 24/7!

This is a wonderful property. You get what you get at a 2 star hotel.....this place exceeded expectation, especially in cleanliness. The lobby and room we were in were spotless. Leave a nice tip for the cleaning staff. They deserve it!

Staff was wonderful and kind. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The hotel could use a face lift, and new carpet, however you can tell they take the time to keep it clean. Breakfast was surprisingly great for being an older hotel too.
