Rating Travelocity, not the hotel….Our Delta flight 3 hours late so we will miss connection. I imagine the property is fine but Will NEVER book a hotel through Travelocity again. Horrible Travelocity service - will not refund although we called them at 5:00 as soon as we knew we were going to be unable to get to fLL tonight. Never again. .”Travel” is in their name - no service whatsoever.

The area was nice and quiet. Very close to shopping at Dania Pointe. Good to fine places to dine near by. The breakfast options could be upgraded a little more.

The breakfast is completely simple, the breakfast worker all the time with a displeased face. At 9:30, as the breakfast is over, she turns off the light and the TV, people are still sitting and haven't finished their breakfast yet. When you come back after a whole day outside, there is coffee/tea in the dining room area, but the TV and the light are off, the only TV that works is the one in front of the reception desk, on the weather channel, there is not much to talk to there, they are really not nice.

Every was amazing until we get to the airport and I called to the hotel about the shuttle and the guy told me is until 11pm and we were at 11:30pm and in the web page doesn’t say anything about that. We just booked this hotel because of the airport shuttle. When we arrived with uber to the hotel the person at front desk didn’t apologize and he said they have to fix the info in the web page he can’t do anything about that. Very disappointed

The pillows and sheets were not the cleanest. Room had a weird burning hair and musty smell. Surrounding rooms were loud until 1-2am. Staff were friendly.
