The check in job process was great. The woman at the front desk ( Sierra ?) was so friendly and professional. We really appreciated the courtesy van from the airport too. We would definitely stay here again. Also the beds were very comfortable and the room was well appointed and clean.

When I checked in they tried to charge a different rate than on my confirmation (only US$7 more). I argue they had to honour the confirmation rate and eventually relented. Luckily I brought the copy of the confirmation with me! I reminded them I have another reservation confirmation for the 26th of March and expected that rare would be honoured. The agent could see the future reservation on their system.

The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, only the shower curtain was not wide enough for the large shower. The staff at the desk was courtious, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was ok, plenty. I would recommend staying in this hotel.
