Room was great. View great. After we were moved from a previously unmade room to our next there were no towels. No shower towels, no pool towels. Considering there is a huge Resort tax, I expect pool towels. We requested towels from reception, instead we got a bs explanation why there are no towels. Still waiting for the towels. When we checked out the receptionist was very blasé about the fact that we had to drip dry twice from our shower and also trudge through the hallways soaking after the hot tub. The ‘Flow Team’ came short of hotel standards. Sorry 😞💩

The place smell cigarette intensely, the linen was used because it had stains they just iron it and they left it there from the before customers, after that the place is fantastic in averigual condition i love the interiorizar thank you for every I had a really nice time with a really nice view

Room was sufficient, however when we got into the room the bed had no bedding, and we had no towels. Overall good for "short-term" rentals as it is more of a multi-fam apartment building than it is a hotel. Shared amenities with residents, so good to know if you want a traditional hotel vibe. Otherwise great location, good staff.

I was hesitant to book this hotel because of some of the reviews, but I’m so glad I didn’t listen. I went on a solo trip to Florida, and this was the perfect place to stay it honestly felt like I had my own apartment on vacay . The property is beautiful, with so much to do, and I especially loved the pool. The location is perfectI was able to walk everywhere bars, restaurants, and stores. Although the train tracks are right outside the hotel, they were never too loud for me, and I slept like a baby every night. The reviews definitely exaggerated the noise.
