The room service was awful, no espresso machine, waited for 2 hours , no shampoo, waited for 2 hours after calling and then brought us body gel. First room drainage was very slow in the bathtub. When we were discussing our displeasure with the manager, she was arguing with us. Not very pleasant, would I come back to the area? Yes, however I would not stay there. No one contacted us after our complaints.

Property is in a nice location. Good dining options. Staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable. Unfortunately the room had constant issues. Bathroom tub had huge hair clogging drain. When they fixed that then the toilet backed up for no reason and shower head was so loud you couldn’t hear yourself talk. Aside from that everything else was nice.

We arrived at the hotel being told we had been upgraded to a room with two queen beds from our reservation which was a king. When we arrived to the room we had one queen bed. Called reception and we're transferred to a manager. Were then told that Expedia doesn't classify rooms properly and that the only king bed available had no view and no balcony. We took that room and found it in poor repair. The tube/shower marble was chipped the whole way around the tub. Repairs had been made poorly. I stayed at the property when it first opened but will not return.
