Overall our stay was fine. I was disappointed that we had to wait over an hour for a pack and play I requested be in the room when we arrive. I also could not phone the desk but rather had to walk down.

Great place before a cruise. Only a Dunken Donuts and Wendy's in walking distance. One room was great, my second was ok. Service is incredible, free shuttle to airport and great organization to the crude port. They do a great job of dealing with the cruise crowd.

The check in process was very slow, we had to wait over 3 hours for our two bedroom suite. Once we got in after a lot of persuasion, they did not have the crib for the baby (we had requested that earlier), that took another hour and a half. Once they delivered the crib, the sheets for the crib were missing, that was delivered after another hour. The room that we paid $551 for, had broken drawers, no shower gel in the dispenser, missing silver ware and broken dinner ware. We are completely disappointed with this hotel and the service staff. The lady at the reception was rude and treated us as if we were staying there for free.

We stayed here 2 years ago for one night with no issues. This time we stayed 2 nights and we couldn’t even get clean towels or refills on the empty shampoo and conditioner. Bathrooms are run down. Breakfast is mediocre and closes too early.

The proximity to the Ft Lauderdale airport was the main reason we chose to stay at Homewood Suites. It wouldn't really be my choice if we had to stay longer than 1 night. The hotel appeared clean, the staff was mostly professional and the room was well equipped for an overnight stay. Again, the convenience to catch an early flight from FLL was the only reason we chose this location.

Hotel is close to airport and cruise port and has shuttle service. Not too many dining options within walking distance except Dunkin Donuts. Rooms are large but a little dated. Took cab to Aventura Mall. Be prepared to spend over $60 each way. Traffic was crazy no matter what time of day. Staff was very helpful at hotel.

Upon our arrival, the designated room was not prepared for occupancy. The check-in time was 3:00pm, yet at 4:00pm, the room remained in an unacceptable state. The cleanliness of the carpeting was unsatisfactory, resulting in the soiling of my grandchildren's feet upon walking the room. The suite included a bathroom that had not been adequately cleaned, exhibiting an accumulation of hair and mold. We were relieved to have only reserved the room for a single night.

Two hour late check-in. Room filthy. Charge an extra extra $20 for a convenience fee and never mentioned it. Don’t know if I’ll ever get it back. Everyone just said they were so busy and so overwhelmed. Terrible experience of Hilton never again.
