Todo estaba lleno de polvo, aunque realize la reservación con meses de anticipación nunca me dijeron que el hotel iba a estar en construcción, los pasillos con bastante polvo e inclusive la habitación con una capa fina de polvo La alberca estaba en mantenimiento El gimnasio estaba cerrado El lobby estaba en construcción No había centro de negocio. Cortaron el agua el el hotel en el segundo día y solo dejaron una nota bajo la puerta, no tuvieron la amabilidad de hablarlo directamente. El personal no fue amable, tuvieron muchas quejas El transporte del aeropuerto al hotel no fue complementario como dice en la página. Lo cobraron. No recomiendo alojarse ahí.

I am super frustrated with this stay. They were in a HUGE renovation! To where the front desk was a banquet table , walls and cables were exposed and cardboard /paper covered the floors. There were signs everywhere that the pool wasn’t available which I would not have booked here if I would have known it would be closed and it was going to be such a big renovation. The lights didn’t fully work, the sink cabinet literally fell off while we were sitting on the beds. There was drilling so loud in early morning that it was shaking the room and the lights flickered! I literally recorded it! The room numbers on the walls were falling off. We couldn’t call the front desk so when I went to the front desk/table , they just said sorry it’s a renovation and pretty much just offered free parking as a joke of compensation. If we were planning to stay longer than one night then we would have changed hotels. It was awful! I will not stay here again

The hotel is in heavy improvement mode. The air quality is not good for people with respiratory difficulties. Stay in Hyatt many times always 5 stars but not under a remodel. Expedia should notify this issue to customer

Outdated but remodel in the works

During our stay, they were doing a big remodel, so lots of sounds during construction hours (9am-6pm). It was quiet and we got a good night’s rest. Publix, TJ Maxx, and eateries were near by via a 5-10min walk. Breakfast was good too. Rooms were outdated, but very very spacious.

They really should have closed the entire hotel while renovations were going on. We arrived on a Sunday and there was construction noise the entire day until around 5:30pm. I booked months ago and was told reno's should be completed by my arrival at the time. I was charged full price for the room. Had to go to the main lobby for toilet paper, the girl on the front desk was annoyed that I made her go get me one. Lot's of dust and only one working elevator all day due to the construction. I feel I should be reimbursed for part of my stay since I booked two rooms.

This property is under construction, which we did not find out until we checked in. This means it was full of construction workers, loud, messy, only one elevator working, pool out of use, temporary (very average) breakfast etc.

My family booked two rooms for an overnight trip while waiting to go on a cruise. Only to be met with a hotel under construction that we were not notified about. Upon checking you could not hear the staff talking over all the loud noise from construction. The main lobby was nonexistent due to the tear up and construction workers. There was dust everywhere. We checked in went to our room where the noise was extremely loud until at least 6pm. There was one elevator working for the whole hotel, plastic lined the hallway floors. And after traveling all day we were unable to get any rest due to the noise. The next morning they had a complementary breakfast that was held in a boardroom with food on hot plates and not toaster available for bread/bagels that were provided. To say our family was disappointed would be an understatement. I feel that we should have been contacted regarding the state of the hotel so we could arrange another hotel. Instead we paid the original price for a poor stay and poor conditions.

Hardhat required

There was construction going on in many places of the hotel. The staff did not warn us of any work hours of the construction. It’s a good thing we didn’t have to be up early. The power tools never gave you a chance after 7 AM on a Saturday. The nature was definitely hardhat required safety boundary stuff where not only workers could get hurt, but I certainly could too. When my wife mentioned OSHA these scattered like cockroaches. It got really uncomfortable from there. Glad we got on our bus and left.

Be aware of your room

We've stayed here before and had a great experience but this time was a hot mess. Not only was the construction a pain, but there was nasty dried blood on the back of our room door by the room latch. It was something else.
