Okay stay

Convenient location with safe parking. Friendly staff. Easy check-in and check-out. Decent breakfast. Room had dead flys on the bathroom sink. Bed lumpy and soft. Carpets look extremely old. Smelled of mildew/mold. Curtains did not fully cover windows allowing the bright lights from the parking lot to shine directly on the head of the bed.

I wasn't happy when I checked in at 1:00 and had to pay a $30.00 extra charge because check-in was at 3:00 and the room was available . Its an old facility that has been somewhat refurbished . Still had a tub and shiny tile floor in the bathroom , very slippery ! Our bed had been moved from its original position so the TV wasn't in the front , but on the side . Would I stay there again , No !

The pool requires a good cleaning as the walls are stained. It was a nice pool and the pool water was clean and swimmable so it wasn't all bad. There were two transport trucks outside our window with their cooling generators running throughout the night. I assume they were guests and it would have been nice if they had been directed to park their vehicles to the rear of the parking lot as there was plenty of space back there. This is out of the hotels control and I understand that, but it did impact our stay.
