I find my reservations at first when I was checking in. Get to my room finally in the AC does not work. Switched me to another room and fire. Alarm keeps beeping. Front desk clerk replaced the battery rooms are not clean. Hotel is very old and outdated walls needed paint carpets need to be replaced. Would never stay here again.

Although Mrs. Gladys was not at the front desk, her co-worker provided excellent service. She was kind, professional, and welcoming. The outstanding staff truly enhances the overall experience and helps offset any areas where the property could benefit from upgrades.
