The supposedly included airport shuttle is a sham. I got pushed to an electronic message saying no voice-mail has been set up for this number the first 2 times I called. The third time a man answered and said we dont have any shuttles available. Then when I said it was included with my room and someone needed to pick us up he said something about 30 minutes then hung up on me. We waited and waited it never came. We instead had to take a 60 uber. Big joke. Then when we checked in we were told there would be no manager or assistant manager on the property for us to speak with the entire 18 hours we were in the hotel. Not one person to chat with about the shuttle we didnt get. Then they kept saying my credit card wasnt working at check in and ended up charging me 3 tines. Terrible experience. Ill never be back.

I enjoyed staying here very much the grounds were kept very nicely. The staff was extremely friendly from check in to check out or with anything I needed. The breakfast was excellent every morning also was the staff that served the breakfast was friendly. Nice outside area and gym. The room was very nice i stayed in the studio suite and only complaint I can say I had was the shower design. Why would it leave only one door and not two? I think that design is horrible it leaves a draft on your back while you're taking a shower they should renovate it. But outside of that it is definitely somewhere that you would not regret staying
